Definitely if I could live in a bowl of food, I would choose to live in a bowl of Teryaki Chickenn with white rice and vegetables (omg im salivating right now). So I would love to live here bcause #1, It is my absolute favorite food of all time, #2, I already have an idea of what the envorinment will be like, and #3, If I was the only one living in it, I would 100% take great care of it. Alright, So no brainer that this is my favorite food because it is absolutely divine! I would definitely die of happiness as I set foot to a grain of rice x100 bigger than me! AHHHH! haha. Next, I have a feel of how this would be. I may picture the mountains being steamed hot vegetables, releasing a fresh, but healthy odor into the air. I would not mind digging a hole somewhere in it to make a personal spa treatment resort for myself. The Teryaki Chicken is a bit “slippery” but sticky so this could definitely be used as entertainemt for me like “ice skating” or skiing down a big chicken slice or something. Although while doing this, I’ll definitely need to look out for random holes on the ground because they’re caused my me and I can eat the floor whenever I want. Now Lastly, the beautiful white rice! Omg, from the consistency it is in, This is definitely useful to make a house out of and furniture to sit on. No need to worry about the food because I can eat my house whenever I want! Afterwards, I can make a new house out of the millions of resources I have around me! Thinking about this is really exciting and I can’t wait to live there! One other thing though before I go, most likely, there would be 3 seasons, but I’m not sure about all 4 because summer happens during the day when everything is hot. When the sun goes down, It gets a little chilly outside so that’s the coldest it can get, which I would consider Winter. Spring and Fall would have to be like sunrise and sun set since those 2 seem pretty reasonable! Oh and one final thought before this ends, I can have entertainment by….swimming in the lake of Soy Sauce!! This would be sooo amazing!
Blog: They Say, I Say 2/10/20
1.) How well do the participants in these exchanges summarize one another’s claims before making their own responses?
Answer (1): Quite Well, becasue (I said this in a very confusing way, but) in the few couple of responses I read, the responses prior to the ones who responded to the questions either answered THEIR questions, did a similar follow up on what they elaborated, or twisted their words around and made their own answers out of their answers. Fun small fact, one of them actually quoted another person’s claims.
2.) How would you characterize any discussion?
Answer (2): Personally, I characterize most responses by the first couple of sentences, If I know what I read is what they’re talking about in their first couple of sentences, then I know they are the MVP. They did the reading and they know what they’re talking about. On the other hand, if their summaries sound very off, then I know to put them in a section that 1. Is not important enough to read or 2. Includes false information. But characterizing a discussion in general, I’m not sure. I just put everything into groups and take it from there. Just like the example I used about people having the same idea as me from the reading vs the ones who’s answers look like they came from mars.
3.) How well do people listen to eachother?
Answer (3): Great! Everyone respected eachother’s answers and if anyone responded, or did a follow up on their responses, they made sure to “quote” them correctly. I only encountered one comment where someone was on another path completely opposite to someone else’s response, but other than that, everyone else was kind!
4. How do these online discussions compare with the face-to-face discussions you have in class?
Answer (4): Well they’re quite similar to be honest. In our face-to-face discussions, we talk about what we read as a class and confirm with the professor. If the professor has anything to add on, she will go ahead and do so. On the other hand, the online discussions are different because everyone share’s their resonse in a very long way. They have to type it all out and publish it whereas we just speak and that’s it. Don’t get me wrong, speaking is way more easier, but in the end, we’re still talking about the same things. No matter if it’s speaking or writing about the reading.
5.) What advantages does each offer?
Answer (5): With each reading of everyone’s different opinion, one learns about the different perspectives of others and most importantly, can see if what you read is actually the correct thing. So say all responses include something about Cheese. This way, if you read about cheese, then your summarization of main ideas is on point, but other than Cheese, say each response gathered a different piece of the story. Like one caught onto the “Ham” and someone else the “lettuce”. This way, you can come to a conclusion on seeing who is correct by looking back at the passage yourself to see if their responses are true from the readings.
FW: Social Media
Going back in time, the first ever social media platform I used was MySpace. Honestly, I actually miss those days (specifically the games on there) because games were the only reason why I used myspace. At the time of creati9ng an account, I really do not know what my screen name was. My favorite games that I played on MySpace were Social Empire, Pet Society, and my absolute favorite, SuperPoke Pets! Wow, I remembered when I would play that ame for several hours back to back. Looking at some images, It looks super boring thinking why I liked this so much, but I remember my about 10 year old self loving the absolute hell out of it. If the game ever was relaunched or like remastered, I would totally play it. So once myspace was getting boring (In about 2012), my older brother and I found out about facebook. That’s when we started to use it and found it way more cooler and interesting then myspace. Several of my friends in school had it at the time, so we added eachother on it and played games. There was one game we played together and it was a game where someone draws what a piece of paper says, and the others have to guess what that person was drawing. It was honestly really fun and I believe the game is still functional to this day. All the previous games (mentioned in my myspace history) are no longer avaibale. I heard the SuperPoke Pets game actually had a lawsuit, so that’s scary to think about. But yeah, that is my overall experience with myspcase and facebook when I was younfer.

Objective or Slant God Creation
So, what is the meaning of life? Are we all made to have a purpose or are we just made for nothing and enjoy what God has created? In one hand, I feel like we’re made with a purpose! Think about it! Some people are capable of doing things other people can’t and some are born with talents in their hands, but on the other hand, could it all just be a coincidence and we are just lucky to be given a life? It all starts out during birth where the sperm meets the egg. Usually there are over 300,000 sperms inside a woman and only 1 makes it to the egg to fertilize and create a child. Life is beautiful, but also scary. One knock out and we’re gone from this world. Give the time to thank God for what he has created, what life he has given you, and the amazing interactions you can make with other human beings. Now let me ask you, are we all made with a purpose or are we just made by “mistake” – meaning to be born and die (possible reincarnated as an animal or another human).
FW: Rewind or Fast-Forward?
I would prefer to have a fast-forward button. Reason being is because I’d love to see how the world will look like in the future and what will happen? Will civilization still be round? Will there be new technology? Will we have either found a new planet to live on or a planet with more life? I’m honestly very curious about that sort of stuff. Specifically how towns/ cities/ states will look. Possibly by like the year 3020, the earth would look so different with possibly no green and more technology. It sounds scary, but who knows? Maybe scientists have developed a way for us to receive and breath oxygen without the need of trees, plants, or anything “nature” related. The world is beautiful in everyone’s eyes, but we all don’t take care of it. If we all continue to litter in the ocean and grass, wild life populations could begin to decrease. Sure there are exciting things to see in the future, but there are also bad things that may happen as well. If I travel to the future in the same age I currently am, and no one else can, Everyone who I know and love this century would no longer exist in the future unless there in the minds and memories of others. Again, cool but scary.

FW: Restaurant
Personally, I’d say my favorite restaurant, at the time of this writing, is Sonic. No lie, Sonic has some of the “greatest” foods I have ever seen and tried. Their milkshakes are bomb asf, their burgers are quite delicious, I love their hot dogs with chili or without, and most importantly, I just love how it’s a car service restaurant. You, or anyone with a vehicle, may pull up to one of the stations, they’ll take your order, and in a matter of seconds, they bring your food out because of their quick service! Most sonic restaurants around the world actually have their employees wear roller skates for fun visuals and getting the food quicker to their amazing customers! I honestly love this place so much, but no lie, I haven’t been there in like forever so I am so ready to dine in and enjoy a delicious meal. But one fun fact about this is I found out about this place when I was in Texas one summer. We stopped by and this restaurant honestly changed my taste buds! Quite delicious and some people like to compare it to Swensons or Stake-N-Shake, but that’s totally fine with me. That “old look” those establishments have just make the atmosphere better. But anyways, my all time favorite meal from sonic is 2 Cheeseburgers, a cherry beverage, and half a hot chili dog. (I usually share with my younger brother since I never finish anything I order haha).

EXER: Standard Template
Template Chosen: When it comes to the topic of_______, most of us will readily agree that________.
When it comes to the topic of Band-Aids, most of us will readily agree that when some is hurt and they are in need of something that could stop the bleeding on a part of their body, they’ll ask for a “Band-Aid.” Yes, they are techinically correct, but this is actually wrong. Many people don’t notice it and maybe others learned it by constantly hearing the word “Band-Aid,” but the correct term to use is Bandage. Band-Aid is a brand and what Band-Aid sells are BANDAGES. So next time when someone says “I need a band-aid” just know that many people are going to understand what they’re saying because it’s been engraved into their minds that a Band-Aid is a bandage.

FW: Without
Oh my Jesus. There are honestly lots of things I cannot live without. I’ll just start out by listing some of them and then explaining why I cannot live without them. So, some of the things I cannot live without are Food (omg), Technology & Video Games (specifically my phone, laptop, and iPad), My family (includes friends, cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents, etc.), Moneyy (we all need this really haha), a home (school campus dorm or actual home), and Music! So Food is an obvious thing, I tell myself I’ll lose some pounds but it never happens. Food is just soo delicious and I will never give up eating my favorite foods!!! (Unless im like on a death trail or something, then i’ll change my ways). Next is technology and video games. I honestly consider myself a gamer. I absolutely love playing video games! I’m soo excited for the new SpongeBob remastered game coming out this year! I’m 100% preordering it sometime next week when I have the sufficient money for it! (I’m close). Phone and Laptop, well we do live in the “future” afterall. Why not take advantage of this opportunity! Our generation is learning soo quickly through technology and it is just amazing how the earth has evolved from being plain and dull to creating WORKS OF ART! Like technology is one of the best things ever created, invented, discovered, and tested on this planet! My family is a very important role in my life, they helped raise me and gave me a home to stay my whole life!!

FW: flanginprop
Alright, so flanginprop sounds like a word that isn’t a verb, but a noun. It reminds me of an event or something. Specifically a group of girls (at a concert) looking for fun (the family friendly kind). It’s not bad, but If i went to a concert and saw this happening, i’d totally call it a flanginprop because the way I described it makes me visualize it more and believe this is an actual event. To go more into depth with this, these girls at the concert are swinging their bodies around while holding lipgloss and yelling at street signs as they’re walking up to strangers and asking for family friendly fun. Yes my definition sounds very bizzare, but this is honestly what I think of when I hear this made up word “flanginprop.”
